If you hold comments for review, delivered comments land in your moderation queue and stay invisible until you approve them in YouTube Studio.

Some services let you write the comments yourself; the order form opens a text box and each line is sent as one comment. For a product or promotional video this is worth the extra cost — generic comments read as generic.

If an order does not go through, the charge is returned to your panel balance automatically — you do not have to open a ticket for it.

Why the first comments matter

An empty comment section reads as a video nobody engaged with. The first few comments are what make a viewer likely to leave one of their own, which is the engagement that actually counts.
