What you need

A public channel or group with a username, and its link. Private channels behind an invite link cannot be delivered to, because the service has to be able to join openly.

No admin rights are handed over and no bot is added to your channel.

Members and post views

Telegram shows a view count on every post, and members are what makes that count plausible. A channel with a large membership and very few post views is an obvious mismatch — the two are usually bought together for that reason.

If an order does not go through, the charge is returned to your panel balance automatically — you do not have to open a ticket for it.
