Cancellation and refund policy

How a refund is handled depends on the type of transaction and its status at the provider. The Turkish version of this policy is the legally binding one; this translation is provided for convenience.

SMM orders

Where an order is rejected by the provider, or is definitively marked failed by the system, the applicable amount is refunded to your panel balance. For orders that have started or completed delivery, cancellation is limited to the cases the provider supports.

SMS verification

If the number has not been used and the provider allows cancellation, the transaction can be cancelled and the charge returned to your panel balance. Once an SMS code has arrived, or the transaction has completed, a refund may not be possible.

Crypto payments

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. A confirmed payment is credited to your panel balance; assets sent to the wrong network or address may be technically unrecoverable. Check the coin and network shown on the payment screen before you send.

If you believe a transaction resolved incorrectly, contact support with your order or payment number.
