Privacy policy

This page explains, in general terms, which data is processed when you use Smmsim and for what purposes. The Turkish version of this policy is the legally binding one; this translation is provided for convenience.

Information processed

When you create an account: your name, e-mail address and a securely hashed form of your password. When you place an order: the service, quantity, target link and order status. When you pay: invoice records and wallet ledger movements.

Purposes

This information is used to run your account, pass your order to the provider, verify payment, apply refunds, prevent abuse and provide support.

Service providers

To operate the infrastructure, the necessary transaction data may be shared with Cloudflare (hosting and security), Plisio (crypto payments), and the infrastructure providers we work with for SMS verification and social media services. Those parties' own privacy terms apply.

Retention and security

Records may be retained for as long as needed to run the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Passwords are never stored in plain text, and sensitive server keys are never sent to the browser.

You can send a request about the personal information in your account through the support channel on the contact page. We may need to verify account ownership before responding.
