Followers are not page likes

These are different metrics. A follower has chosen to see your posts in their feed; a page like is an endorsement of the page. Facebook has distributed on followers rather than likes for years, which makes followers the more useful of the two.

Check the service name to see which one you are buying.

What you need

The public profile or page link. On a personal profile, the follower feature has to be switched on in your privacy settings — with it off, only friend requests can be sent and the order cannot be delivered.

If an order does not go through, the charge is returned to your panel balance automatically — you do not have to open a ticket for it.

Where it helps

New business pages, mostly. If you run ads, the page a click lands on is part of the conversion: an empty page undoes the ad. Follower count is the first thing on it that a visitor reads.
