What you need
The link to the specific post, on a public account. Comments are delivered per post, so give the post URL rather than your profile URL.
Check that commenting is not restricted on the post. If you have limited who can comment, delivery cannot complete.
Custom text versus generated comments
Some services let you supply the comment text yourself. When you pick one of those, the order form opens a text box and each line you write is sent as a separate comment — which is the only way to get comments that read as though they belong under your post.
Services that generate their own text are cheaper, but generic. For anything customer-facing, write your own.
Pricing
